What is the cleaning and maintenance of the filter?

The filter should be unscrewed (by hand), rinsed with clean water, and allowed to dry fully if it is not going to be used for a few days. It's not good to stow away dirty water for months.

Will this remove bacteria, viruses, and microplastics in the same way other water filter products would?

Yes! The GoSun Flow will filter viruses, bacteria, and cysts more than 99.9% effectively. It will also filter microplastics better than most, both the carbon filter and the nano-alumina filter are effective at removing microplastics.

How long does will the powerbank run on one charge?

The included powerbank will last for over six hours of continuous pumping time.

Can I take this on an airplane?

Yes, the powerbank is <100Wh, so it should be able to go on flights. You should verify the correct way to take the powerbank onto your specific flight. It is often required that the powerbank is in your carry on, not your checked luggage.
