This party pleaser is a great way to get started with both the GoSun Grill and Sport. Just set an alarm and return to rich and savory sweet potato fries ready for sharing.

INGREDIENTS
SWEET POTATO DIPPERS
1 lb Sweet Potatoes1 Medium White Onion
2 tbsp of Ras El Hanout seasoning or Curry Seasoning Blend
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper to taste
Parsley
AJI AMARILLO AIOLI
2 tbsp Ahi Amarillo paste (or Sriracha if Ahi Amarillo isn’t available)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS

If using Grill, pre-heat to 3 on the dial.

Finely chop onion, cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick sticks.

Mix sweet potato, onion, seasoning spices and oil, coating well. Put in pan and cook for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle salt and pepper and finely chopped parsley to serve.

(Aioli Only) Mix ingredients and serve in a small ramekin for dipping sweet potato fries.
