RIPPED OFF BY GOSUN!!!
I received the Flow and there was damage to the battery. I started the return process and never heard back. I sent in multiple emails with NO RESPONSE. I filed a claim with PayPal who I purchased through, and somehow GoSun convinced them to close the claim in their favor. Absolutely ZERO customer service. I am now out $130 and they will not even reply to my emails. DO NOT take a chance with this company!
