To qualify, you need an active residential or business PG&E account AND your address must be in one of the following: a Tier 2 or Tier 3 High Fire-Threat District (HFTD), a High Fire Risk Area (HFRA), or serviced by an Enhanced Power Safety Settings (EPSS) circuit. The easiest way to check is to enter your address on the PG&E Wildfire Safety Progress Map. Rebates are limited to one per household and must be submitted within 12 months of purchase or by December 31, 2026.
