No More Ice
GoSun Chillest is a refrigerator and freezer on wheels. It gets so cold you can actually make your own ice, and ice-free cooling means all your snacks stay dry and organized.

How it works
The Chillest can run off of it's built in 87Wh battery, external Power Banks like GoSun's Power 144 or 266, DC car outlet, wall adapter, or additional power from GoSun's Solar Panels like the 30 W Solar Panel, 60 W Solar Table, etc.
Needed an Off-Grid Cooler for some overland adventures.
I did a lot of research on coolers, I needed something that could fit the bill for overland adventures. In my experience, the rotomolded ice chests did not live up to the hype, and I may not be close enough to civilization to run out and get ice. I am a big solar power supporter, and I found GoSun. Been running the Chillest for 3 days now and have had no issues, can't wait to take it on a run. Love the design and the quality of the Chillest, glad that I purchased this product.
In Home Power Test
I just received my chillest a few days ago and have been running different power scenarios. 1. Plugged into AC. Not an issue as would be expected. I left the temperatures at the preset levels. I also downloaded and monitored using the app. 2. Ran it off the on-board battery pack. I only got two hours of run time. Temp in the house about 75°. 3. Recharged the on-board battery then hooked up my Jackery 300. Total run time 10.5 hours. 4. Made sure on-board battery was fully charged and re-ran it on its battery alone. This time I got 4 hours of run time. 5. I haven't yet run it with just my 100w solar panel (I use that to recharge the Jackery when camping). We've had rain and clouds this past week. That being said. I wouldn't rely on the on-board battery to run the entire night. My Jackery 300 could do it. However, I've chosen to up my capabilities with an EcoFlow River Max Plus 720w. This should provide more than enough power to run overnight and then some. My 100w solar panel will recharge the EcoFlow, but will take most of the day. I will upgrade my solar panel in the near future. All in all, I am well pleased with the Chillest and look forward to using it while camping next month. Ooh. I forgot to say what it looks like to me, that when running on the Jackery, the Chillest is actually running off its own battery. Then when it hits a certain power usage the Jackery kicks in to recharge the on-board battery. Sorry I didn't monitor close enough to determine what that threshold might be. But I have to say the app was real helpful in determining if it was running off the battery or recharging, as well as the percentage of power left on the on-board battery charge.
Horrible shipping thru Fed Ex
This is my 3rd Chillest after I got the basic chill. They all work great especially the chillest which has more room and the 2 compartments. Freezer freezes well! I have yet to use the solar panel. The basic 144 charger only lasts 3-4 hrs. I have them under my kitchen island and they are running constantly with food, capable of bugging out. My complaint is that I am unable to get Fed Ex to leave the package. They leave a note on my door that they missed me. I called Fed Ex to tell them I work 7am-7 pm and for them to leave the package on my front patio behind the wall where it is safe. They said they can’t because GoSun wants a signature. I called GoSun and they don’t need a signature but were not able to get Fed Ex to leave the package. Gosun could only say they would send out another Chillest if this one gets returned. On Saturday, I stayed home all day and I still got a note, without delivery. I got a text saying they would come Sunday 6/12. I was up waiting from 8 am with my door open, despite the 100 F in Phoenix. No delivery all day. I called customer service and they said the facility is closed on Sundays. I asked why they sent me a text saying it would be delivered on Sunday 6/12? She had no answer. She then said it would go to a holding facility for me to pick up. I told them I am 62 with a Prius and won’t be able to pick up the package. Just send it back to GoSun so I could get another one delivered Thru UPS. But they said they would have to keep it at the holding facility for 10 days before shipping it back! Fed Ex works on a robot system that no human is able to adjust to get the package to the customer. This will cost me about 4 weeks or so in delays to get a it delivered back to GoSun so they can send me another one out. In addition, I stayed home all day Sat and Sunday waiting for a package that never came I also bought food, anticipating it arriving on the original Monday which went bad. I rebought more food on Friday night anticipating the frig arriving on Saturday. Both sets of food went bad.. Although this is a Fed Ex issue and not GoSun. GoSun shouldn’t use a delivery company that neither GoSun nor the customer have any input on adjusting a delivery so the customer actually gets the product. Their robot policies continued to deliver during days I told them I wouldn’t be home, and didn’t come the days I told them I would be home. They also wouldn’t leave it in a safe place at my front door nor ship it back in a timely manner. They insisted on delivering it to a holding facility where they will keep it for 10 days despite me telling them that I can’t pick it up and to just ship it back. There robot policies wasted weeks of needlessly pushing this package around. I have still not gotten this device and I anticipate 2-3 more weeks to get it sent back to GoSun and get another one here.
Simple, well thought out cooler design
I purchased the Chillest for travel. I often end up in areas where I go mountainbiking that are somewhat distant from good shopping. I have not traveled with my cooler yet but I have set it up and cooled it to working temps and figured out the simple to operate programming. Cooled down really quick, very impressive. I did contact Gosun via their email contact for a problem with the Bluetooth connecting with the app. They responded reasonably quick. I would prefer to be able to speak to someone.
