Shipping is FREE throughout the continental USA on all rders
more than $50.  We also offer a 30 day money back guarantee.  Unless a
date is indicated, we will ship your product within 72 hours of
ordering.

International customers will be responsible for all duties and
taxes due upon import of the item. This charge will need to be paid
directly to the carrier responsible for delivery. 

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, GoSun’s top
priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and
safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.

Here at GoSun, taking care of both the community and our
employees is important to us. All employees have been trained on proper
hand washing protocol and 6 feet distancing policy. Work areas are
cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl
gloves when packaging orders.

As our team transitions from working full time remotely to now
part time onsite, our team has reduced staffing across shifts which also
includes staggered start and finish times. GoSun is not currently experiencing any delays in shipments due to COVID-19.
