I rarely write product reviews, but after about 3 weeks of use at home, I have to say, I flippin LOVE the GoSun Sport. I use it everyday and have cut down my power bill significantly. I’ve cooked gallo pinto (Costa Rican rice and beans), reheated frozen tamales and burritos, breakfast burritos/scrambles, mini protein cakes, and veggies ranging from potatoes to broccoli to Brussels sprouts. Each time I’m raving about how good it is. Stop reading and start saving! (The planet and your pocket book)!

Well I like the cooker. It's even faster than I expected in a Northern climate. The customer care is weird though. I had a couple of issues with my order. First there was a dent in one of the trays. GoSun replaced that right away. There was no email to say what they were doing. I just received an order confirmation for another tray. OK, That's good I guess. The next day I saw that the bag had a huge 4 inch hole in it. I sent another email to GoSun but have received no response at all. No new order and no email. I love the cooker itself but the accessories that came with it had poor quality control and the customer care has been strange at best.
